The provisions regarding how to register for Chamber Membership are set out by the Chamber Transactions Regulation as follows. Membership registration Article 5: According to Article 9 of the Law, those who are required to register with the chambers must register with the chamber in their location within one month from the date they start their business. Registration with the chambers is done upon request. However, those who do not fulfill the registration obligation according to the first paragraph of this article are subject to the provision of Article 7 of this Regulation. In order to register members upon request or ex officio, it is required that those to be registered are registered in the trade registry. Members who have been temporarily or permanently expelled from membership and have completed the periods related to these penalties are re-registered with the chambers upon request or ex officio. Registration upon request Article 6: Real and legal persons who want to register with the chambers, as well as their branches and factories, apply directly or through branches to the chamber in their location. An application form is given to those who apply for registration. This form is filled out and signed by the trader himself or his authorized representative if the trader is a real person, or by the authorized bodies or authorized representatives if the trader is a legal person, and submitted to the chamber along with the following documents; For real persons: The original or certified copy of the trade registry gazette in which the registration announcement is published or the trade registry certificate. Certified and photo ID card copy. Notarized registration request form. Residence certificate or residence permit. Three recent photographs. Tax plate or document showing tax registration. Other documents required by legislation or deemed necessary by the Union or chambers. For legal persons: The original or certified copy of the trade registry gazette in which the registration announcement is published or the trade registry certificate. Notarized signature circulars of the representatives. Certified and photo ID card copy of the representatives. Three recent photographs of the representatives. Residence certificate or residence permit of the representatives. If not published in the registration announcement, a notarized copy of the articles of association. Other documents required by legislation or deemed necessary by the Union or chambers. The documents specified in subparagraphs (a) and (b) of the first paragraph of this article, which do not require notarization, can be approved by the relevant chamber by seeing the originals, stamping the copies as true copies, and initialing them. The accuracy of the information specified in the registration form and the status of the business are examined on-site by the chamber when necessary, and a report is prepared as a result of this examination.
