MESSAGE FROM THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS CHAIRMAN MR. ABDULKADİR DEMİR

Since we took office as the Batman Chamber of Commerce and Industry, together with all our board members, assembly members, professional committees, and employees, we have striven—and will continue to strive—to serve Batman, our region, and our country with all our might, without shirking any responsibility.

As the most important professional organization in our province, our chamber—first and foremost for our members—has aimed to undertake initiatives that benefit all segments in Batman and our region, to implement projects, to monitor and follow up on total quality objectives, to execute activities that will contribute to the economic and socio-cultural development of our region, and to maximize the efficiency of all our processes in accordance with a continuous improvement approach, as well as to provide training that will enhance the chamber’s performance and encourage innovative and creative approaches. As a chamber, we have always worked not only by exercising the authority and responsibilities granted to us by the relevant legal regulations but also by demonstrating sensitivity to the economic, social, and cultural challenges of our province, bringing them to the agenda, developing solution proposals, participating in the solutions, and monitoring issues before public institutions, while fostering collaboration among all institutions and organizations to mature the participatory management consciousness. On this occasion, we respectfully present to you the work we have carried out since we assumed office.
