1 - This is the document prepared in accordance with Article 10, paragraph g of the Public Procurement Law, enabling companies registered with our chamber to participate in public tenders.

2 - This is the dated confirmation letter prepared in accordance with Article 10, paragraph g of the Public Procurement Law, issued as a result of companies registered with our chamber participating in public tenders and retaining the tender at the company.

• A petition is requested.

• It is not subject to a fee.

• The application venue is the BATSO Registry Directorate.
